Will it hurt? The software treatment is a heat ultrasound treatment, you will have 1 second of heat on each pulse which causes brief pain. We use compounded pharmaceutical grade numbing cream to reduce the one second heat pain sensation.
Who is not a candidate? If you have the following conditions we unfortunately are unable to treat you with sofwave:
A medical implanted device including Pacemakers
You are taking prescribed blood thinners
Active scattered acne
After one treatment when do I come back?
The incredible softwave treatment only requires one treatement! We will schedule a follow up appointment for you to return after 3 months so that we can take photos and review your results. After one year you may repeat the treatment again with us!
Will I have downtime?
There is ZERO downtime, you can return to work or even attend an event the following day. What should I do to prepare for my treatment? The only requirement is to stop any Retinol or Retin-A 5 days prior to treatment. If you are receiving any other treatment we recommend 2 weeks before and after including botox injections. If you have had filler injected recently we recommend waiting a full 6 weeks prior to a software treatment.
