Late Arrivals / No Show
Cancellations
If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, you will need to rebook and a deposit will be required to rebook. We understand things come up but we need to be fair to our other clients and appointments.
No shows will result in 50% of the service booked at Bare Element and will be required to pay before rebooking.
You can cancel online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please give us a call to cancel after 24 hours. In order to keep our practice running smoothly, if a client cancels their appointment without 24 hours notice the client will be required to pay a deposit over the phone to rebook a service with us. This deposit will be put towards the service you are booked for. If you’re booked for a service that required a deposit and you cancel after the 24 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits
If an appointment is cancelled without providing 24 hours notice a $20 deposit will be required to place over the phone towards the next session in order to rebook.
Due to frequent last minute cancellations and "no shows" we require a $20 deposit for most services. Deposits will be taken off your total at checkout.
$50 deposits are required for Microblading and Full set lash extension appointments.

Botox/Dysport/Xeomin: 21 years of age
Filler: 25 years of age
